I'm confused, where I fly tower and ground are one whole digit off and the .70 is the same. 120.7 vs 121.7. Exiting the runway they always say "Contact ground point seven." How am I to deduce the fact that ground is one whole digit higher from tower by that comment? I'm not familiar with this...
